ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ: ನೆಹರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶೀಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾಶಾಲಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಡಿವಿಎಸ್ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ (ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ) ಕಾಲೇಜು ಬಾಲಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಶನಿವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ತಾಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದ ಅಥ್ಲೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್‌ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗೆಲುವು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಎನ್.ಮಧು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಡಿವಿಎಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ.ಎನ್. ರುದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಕೊಳಲೆ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್.ರಾಜಶೇಖ‌ರ್, ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಎ.ಇ.ರಾಜಶೇಖರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಾಲಕರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಬೆಸ್ಟ್ ಅಥ್ಲೇಟ್, ಬಾಲಕರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿವಿಎಸ್ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ( ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ) ಕಾಲೇಜು ತನ್ನದಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ತಂಡ ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್ ವಿನ್ನರ್ ಆಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿದೆ.

ಬಾಲಕರ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 400 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ, 800 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ,1500 ಮಿ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 4/400 2 ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 4/100 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ಉದ್ದ ಜಿಗಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ಟ್ರಿಪಲ್ ಜಂಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 100 400 ಎತ್ತರ మింటరో ಜಿಗಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹರ್ಡಲ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ మింటర్ ಹರ್ಡಲ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ಪ್ರಥಮ, ಪ್ರಥಮ, – ಶಾಟ್‌ಪುಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 200 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತೃತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬಾಲಕಿಯರ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 400 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ, 200 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ, 100 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 110 ಮೀ ಹರ್ಡಲ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ, 400 ಮೀ ಹರ್ಡಲ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ, 4/400 ಮೀ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, 4100 ಮಿ ಓಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾಮರ್ ಥೋನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ – ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಡಿವಿಎಸ್ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ (ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ) ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ತಾಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದ – ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದೆ.

Comprehensive award for DVS Independent PU College!

Shimoga: The DVS Pre-Graduate (Independent) College of the National School Committee bagged the overall award in the boys and girls category in the Shimoga taluk level sports meet held at Nehru Stadium.

The students of the college won in various competitions by performing extraordinary feats in the athletics sections of the taluk level sports meet organized on Saturday and Sunday. Physical teacher N. Madhu and DVS President K.N. to the athletes of the college. Rudrappa Kolale, Secretary S.Rajashekhar, Principal of Independent PU College A.E.Rajasekhar and the staff of the college wished well.

DVS Undergraduate (Independent) College bagged the Best Athlete in Boys category, Overall Award for Boys category and Overall Award for Girls category in the Games. The best performing college team has emerged as the volleyball winner.

1st in 400m, 2nd in Boys, 1st in 800m, 1st in 1500m, 1st in 4/400 2, 1st in 4/100m, 1st in Long Jump, 1st in Triple Jump, 100 400 High Jump, Hurdles, Minter Hurdles First, First, First – First in shot put, third in 200m.

1st, 2nd in 400m, 2nd in 200m, 1st in 100m, 2nd in 110m Hurdles, 2nd in 400m Hurdles, 1st in 4/400m, 1st in 4100m and 1st in Yamar Tho Position – Earned. The governing body of the college congratulated the athletes of DVS Undergraduate (Independent) College for their excellent performance in the taluk-level sports meet.
